The Cost of Eternity by Shayla Kersten

So, I'm part of a whole lot of yahoo groups and over the weekend Literary Nymphs had a humongous chat going on. It lasted the whole Labor Day weekend and it was basically dedicated to all m/m authors. There was a lot of excerpts that authors were posting. So because the only thing I have to do at work is read and do schoolwork, I figured I would read the excerpts and if I liked them I'd buy the book.

The first excerpt that I read was by Shayla Kersten. The book's titled The Cost of Eternity. I picked that one because I already owned it but haven't gotten a chance to read it yet.

I'm about a quarter of the way through the book and I love it so far.  I had to force myself to put it book down last night so that I could get some sleep.

It's about a vampire who doesn't like to get close to humans and a human that is offering blowjobs in alleys because he needs cash and when the human gets into some trouble the vampire saves him. That's not the whole book but so far that's what I've read.

Anyway, so far this book is really good. I've read some of Shayla's other books and I liked them so I knew that I'd like this book when I bought it but I haven't gotten a chance to read it until now. Click on Shayla's name and it'll bring you to her website where you can find The Cost of Eternity.

There are a ton of other books that were previewed in the chat over the weekend so once I'm done reading one; I'll share it with everyone else.

Hope everyone has a great day!
